摘　　要：本文介绍一项把矩阵工具系统地引入电路与电子线路教学的计划纲要。同时，文中简述了该计划在成都气象学院准备的情况。A curriculum reform project is proposed in this paper that employing matrix tool in discourse and teaching circuit and electronic circuit theories with MATLAB as major computational assistant. The outline of this teaching approach is sketched and the preparative practice in Chengdu Institute of Meteorology is briefed.
