摘　　要：讨论了用蒙特卡洛法模拟高电场下半导体内电子输运现象的基本过程。研究了 Ｚｎ Ｓ 中电子输运的性质，对电子数目对模拟结果的影响进行了分析。讨论了电子输运中的暂态过程。Monte Carlo simulation is used to study the electron transport process in semiconductor under high electric field. The effect of electron number on simulation results is discussed and the temporary process of electron transport in ZnS is investigated.The stable properties of electron distribution are given.
