摘　　要：介绍了横河μXL控制系统在武钢集团汉阳钢铁厂棒材加热炉上的应用,阐述了反馈控制、顺序控制及管理系统的软件开发设计,并且针对μXL系统的特点,提出了采用现场控制单元内置顺控表实现加热炉诊断专家系统的新方法。This psper describes the application of YoKoGAWA'sμXL control system to reheating furnace on bar rolling line of Wuhan Iron & Steel (Group) CO. Hanyang Iron & Steel Factory ,and discusses the software developping and design of feedback control,sequenttial control and management system. Aming at the feature of μXL system,we bring it forward that a new method to realize the Expert System (ES)in Sequential -Table of the field control Unit of μXL.
