从层次转化律看国有企业的改革

摘　　要：从层次转化律出发,把国有企业放在子系统一母系统层次关系中加以分析,得出了国企的改革须从企业结构的变革(其核心是产权制度的变革)和信息工作的变革(其核心是建立各级信息中心)两方面进行的结论.The authors analyzes the state-owned enterprises by placing them in the relation of a subsystem and a system, then concludes that the state-owned enterprises should be reformed in two aspects, their structures and their ways of dealing with information. At last , the authors put forward their opinions on how to reform them.
