高压氧治疗视网膜动脉阻塞疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：高压氧配合血管扩张剂治疗急性视网膜动脉阻塞的疗效观察。方法：本组病冽26人26只眼，加压吸入纯氧，同时全身应用血管扩张剂。结果26例26只眼中显效17例，有效7例，无效2例。总有效率92．3％。结论：高压氧配合药物治疗视网膜动脉阻塞，疗效好，优于单纯药物治疗，值得进一步研究和探讨。Objective To observe the curative effect of vasodilator with hyperbaric oxygen for acute retinal arterial obstruction. Methods 26 eyes (26 patienes) with retinal arterial obstruction were com pressed for intaking pure oxyge, once a day for 10 days as a course, meanwhile Vasodilator was also generally used. Resules Of these 26 cases, there were 17 cases showing effect 7 cases having effect and 2 cases no effect with the total effective rate of 92. 3%. Conclusion The combination of medical treat ment and hyperbaric oxygen for retinal arterial obstruction is superior to single medical treatment It has better curative effect and shorter period of treatment.
