摘  要:为研究转化生长因子-β(TGF-β)在IgA肾病病理机制中的作用,本文用逆转录PCR(RT-PCR)法及原位杂交法检测IgA肾病患者肾活检组织中的TGF-βmRNA。结果证实:在人正常肾和IgA肾病肾组织中均可检测到TGF-βmRNA的RT-PCR扩增产物;TGF-βmRNA原位杂交的阳性信号主要分布于肾小管和集合管上皮细胞内,肾小球内的阳性信号较弱,且强度与系膜的增生程度有关。In order to study the effects of transforming growth factor β(TGF β) on the pathogenesis of IgA nephropathy the TGF β mRNA in kidney tissues from biopsy of IgA nephropathy was examined with the methods of reverse transcription (RT) PCR and in situ hybridization. The rersults confirmed that: 1) the RT PCR product of TGF β mRNA was found in the kidney tissues of normal and IgA nephropathy. 2)The positive signal of TGF β mRNA revealed by in situ hybridization mainly distributed in epithelial cells of renal tubule and collecting tubule. The positive signal in glomerulus was weaker than that in tubules, and the intensity of signal was related to the level of proliferation of mesangium.
