摘　　要：目的 探讨原发性中枢神经系统淋巴瘤的诊断和治疗。方法 依靠临床表现和影像学检查难以与恶性胶质瘤及脑转移瘤相鉴别,只有通过免疫组织化学检查才能确诊,综合治疗是其有效治疗手段。结果 肿瘤对放疗敏感,肿瘤全部切除,辅以放疗或/和X-刀+化疗能够延长生存时间。结论 肿瘤及瘤周组织0.5cm切除是手术的关键。但尽管如此,并给予放疗和化疗,预后仍较差。Objective To study the diagnosis and treatment of primary central nervous system lymphome (PCNSL) . Methods To testify the diagnosis must to do immunohisto-chemical studies for its difficult to tell the difference from malignant gliomas and metastases by clinical presentation and immunation studies,and multi-therapy is the best method. Results The tumors are sentitive to radiotherapy. It can prolong the survial after excision of the tumor followed by radio-therapy, X-ray therapy as well as chemical-therapy. Conclusion The key is to excise both the tumor and surroundings within 0. 5cm. In-spite of excision radiothe rapy and chemical-therapy,the prognosis is unsatisfactory.
