健脑营养液“脑灵精”的开发

摘　　要：去筋膜动物神经组织与pH7．0磷酸缓冲液以1：2的比例混合，煮沸，然后经组织匀浆器匀浆40分钟，再加上0．2％木瓜蛋白酶，微生物蛋白酶等成份，在55℃恒温水解24hr，酶解液经过滤，并对滤液的乙酸胆硷，小分子活性肽进行定量测定，最后将上述酶解液与等量的灵芝等中药提取液混合，经冷藏沉淀、过滤、灌封、灭菌得口服液成品，并进行理化及微生物学卫生指标检验，结果各项指标均合格。First, the animal brain nerve issue is mixed with PH 7. 0 phosphoric acid buffer, then Boiled. Pounded for 40 minuts and be zymolysised with 0. 2 % papain for ten hours under 54℃,quantita analysis shown: there are 2. 9 mg/ml acetyl choline and 4. 8 mg/ml small mollecular peptide in the zymolysls liquid. the zymolysis liquid is mixed with substance drawing from china medicine, e. g ganoderma lucidum etd then coild - storaged. filtered. poured into and closed.finaly. disinfected under high-temperatur.
