摘　　要：随着高校扩招政策的全面实施 ,普通高校、研究生教育招生规模迅速扩大 ,由此带来的生源之争、教育资源之争 ,给成人教育造成一定压力 ,成人高等教育面临着新的机遇和挑战。本文从成人高等教育教务工作的角度 ,就如何在新时期对教务工作进行改革创新以应对挑战、实现可持续发展进行了探讨。As the overall implementation of college enrollment expansion policy,the enrollment scale of college and postgraduate education is expanded fast. Therefore the battle of source of students and teachers has caused pressure to adult higher education,which are faced with new opportunities and challenges. This paper tries to proceed from the reality of educational administration work of adult higher education,expounding how to reform and innovate the educational administration work in the new era to meet the challenge and realize sustainable development.
