小鼠单纯疱疹病毒性肝炎动物模型的建立

摘　　要：为建立小鼠病毒性肝炎动物模型，采用单纯疱疹病毒通过小鼠尾静脉注射的方法，成功地建立了小鼠单纯疱疹病毒性坏死性肝炎的动物模型，并用不同剂量的膦甲酸钠进行试验治疗，收到了较满意的疗效。提示小鼠单纯疱疹病毒性坏死性肝炎动物模型完全适用于抗病毒药物的系统性测定。A model of virus-induced hepatitis in animal was established, in which all drice inoculated intravenously with Herpes Simplex Virus(HSV) developed necrotic hepatitis. Then theAnce were treated with different doses of trisodium phosphonoformate (PFA) by intramuscular injection for 3 days. The results showed that the nurnber of necrotic lesions decreased obviously by trearment with it at dose of 600mg/kg/day(P<0.001) , So, it is concluded thatthis medel of HSV-induced necrotic hepatitis in mice is helpful to the selection of antivirusdrugs.
