大鼠海马胆碱能纤维损伤后的再生

摘  要:切断成年SD大鼠隔区与海马间投射纤维,损伤后1、2、3、4周以AChE纤维染色法进行处理,观察其自然再生情况。结果表明海马CA1区和齿状回分子层在损伤后1周时胆碱能纤维显著减少,两者都只有正常的67%左右。以后逐渐恢复,损伤后4周CA1区分子层纤维已恢复至正常的82.45%,而齿状回分子层纤维基本恢复到正常水平。提示成年SD大鼠海马胆碱能纤维损伤后有一定的再生能力。One cholinergic fiber incision was made between the septum and the hippocampus of adult rats. Natural regeneration was observed by Hedreen's acetylcholinesterase histochemistry at 1, 2,3, 4 weeks after the operation. The results showed that the CA, region and the dentate gyrus molecular lamna cholinergic fibers were reduced obviously at the 1st week,only about 67% left.Recovered with time,the fibers of the CA, region increased to 82. 45% and which in the dentate gyrus molecular lamina almost increased to the normal level at the 4th week. The results reveal that the cholinergic fibers in the hippocampus of adult rats have some capability of natural regeneration.
