摘 要:目的:探讨核仁组成区嗜银蛋白(AgNOR)和肾肿瘤的分类、临床分期的关系。方法:用胶体银技术对116例肾肿瘤和11例正常肾组织进行AgNOR计数并进行分析。结果:AgNOR计数在肾盂癌、肾细胞癌和Wilm氏瘤中分别为5.23±1.4、4.12±1.2和3.98±0.9;肾错钩瘤和正常肾组织分别为1.86±0.9和1.63±0.7;AgNOR计数在肾脏良恶性肿瘤之间差异非常显著(P<0.01),肾细胞癌临床Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ和Ⅳ期AgNOR数目分别为3.65±0.3、4.02±0.5、4.62±0.3和4.58±0.4。结论:AgNOR计数随肾细胞癌的临床分期升高而增加。Purpose:To explore the relationship between argyrophilic protein of the nucleolar organizer region(AgNOR) and classification,staging of renal tumours. Methods:The silvercolloid tenchnique was used to investigate on 116 patients with renal tumours and 11 normal specimen were used as normal control. Results: The AgNOR counts of renal pelvic epithelial carcinoma, renal cell carcinoma and Wilms tumour were 5.23±1.4,4.12±1.2 and 3.98±0.9 respectively. The AgNOR counts of hamartoma and normal specimen were 1.86±0.9 and 1.63±0.7. AgNOR counts between benign and malignant renal tumours showed significant difference(P<0.01). AgNOR counts of renal cell carcinoma in Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ stage were 3.65±0.3,4.02±0.5,4.62±0.3,4.58±0.4 respectively. Conclusion: AgNOR count is increased in association with higher staging of renal cell carcinoma. AgNOR count could be used as an important reference index to differentiate benign or malignant renal tumour.
