正常成人脑干听觉诱发电位的特征

摘　　要：目的：为本实验室建立成人脑干听觉诱发电位（ＢＡＥＰ）正常值，并讨论其特征。方法：用ＶｉｋｉｎｇＩＶ型肌电／诱发电位仪，受试者为５５名成人，无可能影响ＢＡＥＰ测试结果的疾病。结果：波形重复性好，Ⅰ、Ⅲ、Ⅴ波出现率均为１００％，各波ＰＬ值男性比女性长，各测量值与年龄无明显直线相关关系、左右耳无显著差异。结论：成人ＢＡＥＰ相对稳定，重复性好，变异小，结果可靠，是脑干功能评价的重要手段。Purpose:To establish the normal value of brain stem auditory evoked potential(BAEP)in adults for our laboratory and to look for its characteristics.Methods:55 patients without diseases which may effect the result of BAEP were tested by Viking IV type myoelectric/evoked potentiometer.Results:The duplication of waveforms was good.The occurences of Ⅰ,Ⅲ,Ⅴ waves were 100% in all the patients.Males′ PL values in all waves were longer than that of females.There was no significant linear correlation between the determined value and patient′s age,and also no obvious difference between the values got from left or right ear.Conclusion:Adults′ BAEP is relatively stable.It has good duplication and small variation.It is an important and dependable measure to evaluate the function of brain stem.
