摘　　要：1目的　研究 C- erb B- 2在乳腺良恶性病变中表达的规律及与乳癌病人预后的关系。 2方法　应用免疫组化法测定乳腺良性病变、癌前病变及乳癌中 C- erb B- 2基因表达。 3结果　乳腺良性病变组织中 C- erb B- 2均为阴性表达 ,癌前病变及乳癌中阳性率分别为 10 % ,38% ;C- erb B- 2表达与临床预后因素无相关性 ;C- erb B- 2表达阳性乳癌病人术后生存期显著短于阴性组 (χ2 =3.435～ 6 .5 31,P<0 .0 5 ) ;C- erb B- 2表达对不同分期、有无淋巴结转移、雌激素受体、孕激素受体阴阳性病人的术后生存期均有明显影响 (χ2 =3.872～ 6 .5 11,P<0 .0 5 )。 4结论　 C-erb B- 2可作为乳癌独立的。Objective To study the expresion of C-erb B-2 in benign and malignant breast diseases and the relationship between C-erb B-2 expression and the prognosis of patients with breastcancers. Methods C-erb B-2 gene expressions in benign breast diseases,precancerous lesions and breast cancers were measured by immunohistochemical assay. Results C-erb B-2 expression was negative in benign breast diseases.The positive rates for C-erb B-2 expression in precancerous lesions and breast cancers were 10 % and 38% respectively;C-erb B-2 expression was notcorrelated with clinical prognostic factors;the prognosis of patients with C-erb B-2 overexpression was significantly poorer than those with negative C-erb B-2 expression(χ2 =3.435— 6 .5 31,P <0 .0 5 ) ;The difference of postoperative survival curves between C-erb B-2 positive and negative cases had statistical significance (χ2 =3.872— 6 .5 11,P<0 .0 5 ) in each group of differentstage,with orwithout axillary lymph node metastasis positive ornegative ER and PR. Conclusion C-erb B-2 expression may be regarded as an independentand molecular level predictor for breast cancer.
