脑梗塞病人血浆氧化低密度脂蛋白浓度及细胞粘附分子的变化

摘  要:1目的 探讨急性脑梗塞病人 (ACI)血浆氧化低密度脂蛋白 (OX- L DL)和白细胞 CD1 8表达及血清可溶性细胞内粘附分子 (s ICAM- 1)浓度的变化。 2方法 采用酶联免疫吸附法 (EL ISA) ,检测了 72例 ACI,42例脑出血病人和 48例健康人血浆 OX- L DL,白细胞 CD1 8表达和 s ICAM- 1浓度的变化。 3结果 急性脑梗塞病人血浆OX- L DL,白细胞 CD1 8表达及 s ICAM- 1浓度明显增高 ,与对照组和脑出血病人比较差异有极显著性 (t=8.72 2~15 .872 ,P<0 .0 0 1) ,且随着梗塞面积的扩大 ,各指标增高逐渐明显 (F=6 .715~ 9.6 2 8,q=5 .896~ 8.116 ,P<0 .0 1)。 ACI病人 OX- L DL 与白细胞 CD1 8表达和 s ICAM- 1浓度呈正相关 (r=0 .872 ,0 .880 ,P<0 .0 0 1)。 4结论血浆 OX- L DL和白细胞 CD1 8表达及 s ICAM- 1浓度增高 ,可能与Objective To explore the changes of plasm a oxidized low density lipoprotein (OX-L DL) ,leukocyte CD1 8ex- pression and soluble intercellular adhesion molecule(s ICAM-1) in patients with acute cerebral infarction(ACI) . Methods The changes of plasma OX-L DL ,leukocyte CD1 8expression and s ICAM-1levels were measured in 72 ACIpatients,42 cerebral hem- orrhage patients and48controls using ELISA technique. Results The plasma OX-L DL,leukocyte CD1 8expression and s ICAN- 1level were higher in ACI patients than those in cerebral hemorrhage patients and controls(t=8.772— 15 .872 ,P<0 .0 0 1) ,and the increase of all indicators were more obvious in ACI patients along with the extent of infarction size(F =6 .715— 9.2 6 8,q= 5 .895— 8.116 ,P<0 .0 1) .The leukocyte CD1 8expression and s ICAM-1levels were positively correlated with OX-L DL in ACI pa- tients(r=0 .872 ,0 .880 ,P<0 .0 0 1) . Conclusion The increase of plasma OX-LDL ,leukocyte CD1 8expression and s ICAM-1 levels were closely correlated with the occurrence of ACI and degree of pathologic changes.
