摘　　要：介绍用微波计算机辅助设计软件优化设计大功率固态微波脉冲功率放大器的方法，重点描述了这种方法的几个关键技术和分析、设计过程，包括建立晶体管的模型，确定电路的拓扑结构和偏置电路的形式，仿真、优化、公差分析等等。用惠普公司的微波计算机辅助设计软件—ＨＰ－ＥＥＳＯＦ软件优化设计了一个输出功率为１１０Ｗ的脉冲功率放大器，并进行了安装、调试和测试，测试的结果完全符合设计的要求。This paper presents a method that a high power solid state microwave pulse power amplifier is designed using the microwave CAD software. This paper describes emphatically several important techniquse,design process and analysis process,including founding the transistor model,defining the topology of the circuit and bias circuit,emulation,optimization and tolerance analysis, As a application, a amplifier that outputs 110 W is designed by use of HP EESOF that comes from Hewlett Packard company. The amplifier is manufactured and measured in the laboratory. The measurement results accord completely with the design demands.
