单侧多功能外固定支架在良性骨肿瘤中的应用

摘　　要：作者报告50例良性骨肿瘤,采用单侧多功能外固定支架固定,其中骨囊肿13例,骨巨细胞瘤10例,骨纤维结构不良14例,嗜酸性肉芽肿3例,软骨母细胞瘤3例,病理性骨折7例。平均随访1.6年,疗效满意。认为单侧多功能外固定支架用于良性骨肿瘤有以下优点:(1)固定牢固;(2)对植入骨同时有固定作用;(3)适用于特殊部位骨肿瘤术后固定,(4)不影响关节活动;(5)病人可早日参加日常活动。认为对范围较广泛,部位特殊,易骨折的良性骨肿瘤,单侧多功能外固定支架固定应为首选方法。Fifty cases of benign bone tumor were reported to use unilateral multi-functiontal external fixator for their fixation. Theis series covers 13 cases of bone cyst, 10 cases of osteofibromatosis,14 cases of giant cell tumor of bone, 3 cases of eosin ophilic granuloma, 3 cases of chondrobla stoma and 7 cases of pathologic fracture. The mean follow-up was 1. 6 years,showing satisfactory therapeulfical results. The advantages of the unilateral multi-functional external fixator are. (1)Its fixation is firm; (2)The bone grafts can be fixed simultaneously j (3)It is suitable for postoperative fixation; (4)Tne joint movement is not vestriced; (5)The patient may take part in daily activites early. Fixation by unilateral multifunctional external fixator is the first choice when the benign bone tumor is extensive.particularly located and vulnerable to fracture.
