摘  要:沼气发动机的空燃比范围窄,对混合器的要求较高。本文在现有沼气发动机混合器基础上提出两种新型结构的混合器,进行分析并在2135沼气发动机上进行试验研究。结果表明:通过在起动阶段和高负荷下加浓混合气,可改善沼气发动机的起动性能和高负荷下的经济、动力性。獳/F ratio range in biogas engine is evidently narrower than in other kinds of internal combustion engine, therefore carburetor is required to be adapted to this unfavorable condition. In this paper, on the basis of present carburetor for biogas engine,two new types of improved carburetor are put forward to be more compatible for biogas engine, and analysis as well as experimental research are proceeded on 2135 biogas engine. Research shows that by thickening the combustible mixture at start phase and high load, the startbility and performance of engine could be improved effectively, which is valuable for optimizing the design of carburetor for biogas engine.
