空间飞行对白纹伊蚊卵的影响

摘  要:利用我国1996年10月20日发射的返回式卫星搭载白纹伊蚊卵,卫星在空间飞行15天后返地,对返地的蚊卵进行了孵化和孵出幼虫生长发育的观察,并对四龄幼虫的蜕皮激素、酷酶同工酶以及雄蛹的染色体畸变进行了检测和分析.结果表明:空间飞行后蚊卵能正常孵化,但幼虫的化蛹以及染色体的畸变产生了一定的差异.The space flight experiments with Aedes albopictus eggs were carried out by a Chinese retrievable satellite on October 20, 1996. M0squito eggs flew ar0und the eaxth f0r 15 days in the retrievable satellite. After returning to the earth, hatching of flown eggs and the development of larvae were observed, as well as esterase isozyme,moulting h0rm0ne of 4th instar larvae and chromos0mal aberration of male pupae were determined in c0mparison with the gr0und contr0l. N0 significant effect was observed on hatching. But there were differences in pupati0n and chr0m0somal aberrati0n between the space flight sample and the gr0und c0ntrol.
