摘  要:研究了预应变量3%的Fe28Mn6Si5CrSMA形状恢复量及应力诱发ε马氏体随温度的变化,结果表明部分应力诱发ε马氏体在450℃回火后不能恢复。The change of recovery strain and the volume fraction of stress induced ε martensite as a function of temperature for Fe 28Mn 6Si 5Cr SMA prestrained by 3% was investigated by dilatometric and X ray diffraction. It suggest that part of stress induced ε martensite can not be transformed after heated at 450℃. The cycle curve showed that the internal elastic stress in prestrained FeMnSiCr SMA result in the different between constract rate and expansion rate when heated at same temperature range.
