摘　　要：本文探讨了大鼠Ⅲ度烫伤后局部渗液中细胞因子的动态变化。63只SD大鼠分两组。S组：单在皮下包理海绵；SB组；理海绵后再造成Ⅲ度烫伤，于伤后6h、1d、2d、3d、5d、7d与10d各时相检测海绵渗液中IL－1、IL－6和TNF。结果三种细胞因子在SB组均有相似的升降波动，即均有两个波峰。IL－1早期峰于2d出现，继骤降后5d达第二峰，然后趋于下降，TNF与IL－6分别于6h、1d出现第一峰，继回落后两细胞因子持续上升，直至10d未见下降，且第二峰高于第一峰。IL－1与TNF在1d、5d呈正相关；IL－1与IL－6在2d呈负相关；而IL－6与TNF在1d、10d时呈正相关，3d时又为负相关。We have investigated the dynamic changes of cytokines in wound exudates of Ⅲ degree burn rats at different time phases. 63 SD rats were divided into two groups by subcutaneously implanting sponges only(S) and by administering Ⅲ degree bruns immediatly after the implantation (SB). The activities of IL- 1, IL- 6 and TNF in wound exudates within sponges were measured at 6h, 1d, 2d, 3d, 5d, 7d and 10d post each of the two injuries. All the three cytokine levels in group SB fluctuated similarly, each with two peak levels. The early peak level of IL- 1 was on 2d, the second was on 5d and steadily decreased after the second peak. Whereas after the first decrease the levels of IL-6 and TNF increased with postburn time until the last phase and their later peak levels were higher than the first. There were positive correlations between IL- 1 and TNF on 1d, 5d, and between IL-6 and TNF on 1d, 10d. And, there were also negative correlations between IL- 1 and TNF on 1d;between IL-1 and IL-6 on 2d, and also, between IL-6 and TNF on 3d.
