卵巢恶性混合型生殖细胞源性肿瘤9例临床病理分析

摘　　要：1975年至1992年我院收治卵巢恶性混合型生殖细胞源性肿瘤9例,占卵巢恶性生殖细胞源性肿瘤的10.34％。混合成分中,多为内胚窦瘤、其次为无性细胞瘤及绒癌,以两种成分的混合型多见。治疗采用手术为主的综合疗法。首次彻底手术与正确分期及联合应用含铂类的化疗,可改善卵巢混合型恶性生殖细胞源性肿瘤的预后。From 1975 to 1992, 9 patients with malignant mixed ovarian germ cell tumor were treated in our hospital the incidence rate was 10. 34%. Among the mixed components, endodermal sinus tumor was the most common one followed by dysgerminoma and choriocarcinoma. Optimal treatment consists of surgery in combination with chemotherapy. Primary careful initial surgery with adequate staging regimens has greatly improved the prognosis of patients with malignant mixed ovarian germ cell tumors.
