四面刨床常用刀轴的基本形式及布局

摘　　要：现代四面木工刨床除最基本的上、下水平刀轴和左、右立刀轴之外,常用的还有万能刀轴、可倾立刀轴、平压两用刀轴、预平刨槽刀轴、可沉式立刀轴、可编程多刀盘迭合型长主轴式立刀轴和跃动式上刀轴等刀轴。本文简要介绍这些刀轴的基本形式、功能及其布局。Besides the basic knife spindles horizontal at up and down sides and vertical at right and left sides, modern four side planers usually have a universal knife spindle, an inclinable vertical knife spindle, a planing and pressing knife spindle, a preplaning groove knife spindle, a sunkable vertical knife spindle, a programmable multi-knife-disk vertical knife spindle with a long folding spindle and a moveable up and down knife spindle. In this article, a brief introduction of these knife spindles' shapes, functions and arrangements is given.
