摘　　要：目的:研究伽玛刀治疗各类颅内肿瘤的临床效果。方法:治疗颅内肿瘤1158例,根据肿瘤的病理性质及与周边结构的关系采用不同的治疗剂量对肿瘤进行伽玛刀治疗。结果:本组1158例中,获得随访者556例,其中显效90例(16.2％),有效387例(69.6％),无效79例(14.2％)。结论:作者依据国际放射神经外科经验及本中心的实践提出了不同类型肿瘤伽玛刀治疗的适应证及治疗时采用的周边剂量范畴。To study the clinical result of brain tumors in 1 158 patients treated by gamma knife. Method: Based on the pathologic pattern of brain tumors and the relationship between the tumor and their neighbouring structures and the selection of different marginal dosage for gamma knife treatment was discussed. Result: In 1 158 patients, there were 556 cases followed up for 3 ~15 months. Among them, 90 cases (17. 6% ) achieved excellent result, 387 cases (69. 6%) improved, and no change in 79 cases (14.2%). Conclusion: Based on the international neurora-diosurgery experiences and the clinical practice of Guangdong Minimally Invasive Neurosurgery Medical Center, the indications and different marginal dose of brain tumors treated by gamma knife was recommended.
