消化性溃疡患者体内一氧化氮含量测定及其意义

摘  要:为探讨一氧化氮与消化性溃疡的关系,用镉还原层析加显色法对32例消化性溃疡(PU)患者和12例正常人血浆、胃液、胃粘膜中NO_2/NO_3含量进行了测定。结果发现:幽门螺杆菌(Hp)阳性PU组血浆、胃粘膜中NO_2/NO_3含量显著高于正常组;Hp阴性PU组血浆、胃粘膜NO_2/NO_3含量显著低于正常组。各组胃液NO_2/NO_3含量无显著性差异。提示:一氧化氮与PU的发病机制有关,且在Hp相关性PU与非相关性PU的病理生理过程中可能存在着不同的一氧化氮机制。In order to study the relationship between nitric oxide and peptic ulcer (PU), nitrite/nitrate contents in plasma, gastric juice and gastric mucosa were determined with Greiss method in 32 patients with peptic ulcer and 12 normal controls. It was found that the nitrite/nitrate contents in plasma and gastric mucosa of Hp - positive PU groups were both significantly increased (P < 0. 05 ), compared with normal controls; the nitrite/nitrate contents in plasma and gastric mucosa of Hp - negative PU groups were both obviously decreased (P<0.01), compared with normal controls. However, the nitrite/nitrate contents in gastric juice of all groups has no significant difference. This suggests that nitric oxide is involved in pathogenesis of peptic ulcer, and that NO mechanism in Hp-associated PU may not be the same as that in non - Hp - associated PU.
