高原鼠兔解剖学特征之初探

摘　　要：对成年高原鼠兔进行了解剖学观测,发现其骨骼数(尤其肋、籽骨数)较兔多。盲肠十分发达(螺旋瓣数多达45～53个)。心、肝、脾、肺、肾等多数脏器的绝对重量为雌性略低于雄性,但无统计学意义。而雌性的脏器系数则显著高于雄性(P<0.01)。胸腺的绝对重量为雌性高于雄性(P<0.05),且随体重增加减小。从解剖学上看,高原鼠兔的身体各部形态结构与其习性、活动及健康状况密切相关。During the dissection of grown up plateau pika (ochotona curzoniae)we found that the numbers of the bones .especially the ribs. sesamoid bones in a plateau pika,were more than those in a rabbit. The caecum was quite developed,containing a lot of sacculations and cirular folds. The absolute weights of most viscera,such as the heart diver,spleen,lungs .kidneys and so on were just a little lighter in females than those in males ( P >0. 05). There was a positive correlation between the absolute weight of these vescera and the body weight. On the contrary,the absolute weights of the thymus in females were greater than those in males,and the thymus appeared lighter along with the increasing body weight. The coefficients of the viscera, such as the heart .liver, spleen, lungs .kidneys and others in female were significantly higher than those in males ( P <0. 01),and the coefficients of these viscera showed a negative correlation with the body weight. In the view of anatomy,the structures in different parts of the pika's body were closely related to the habits,behavior and physical condition.
