云芝多糖的分离纯化及其抗肿瘤活性的初步研究

摘　　要：由固体培养法得到的云芝培养物,经沸水提取、乙醇沉淀、Sevag法除蛋白、透析、分离精制得到的多糖,具有明显提高机体免疫功能的作用。分析表明云芝多糖为蛋白结合多糖,动物实验初步研究证实其具有一定的抗肿瘤活性。Culture of polystictus versicolor coming from solid cultivate, polysacchandes can be obtlainod after boiling water extracting. Residue of alcohol, Free of protein by sevag's way, dialysale,separation and careful making Possess the obvious function of imoroving body's immunity. It is indicated by analysis that polysaccharidi of polystictus versicolor are protein-bound polysaccharides and have some activity of being resistant against cancer through elementary research of animar experiments.
