摘 要:应用比色法测定了大鼠注射内毒素(L组)和氮芥+内毒素(NL组)后6个时相点血清血管紧张素I转换酶(ACE)的含量变化。结果表明:L组于注射内毒素后1、5h和12h血清ACE含量显著高于对照组(P<0.01),24h逐渐下降,至72h趋于正常;NL组于12、24hACE含量明显高于对照组(P<0.05),其余时相无明显差异。两组ACE含量的动态变化均与肺血管内皮细胞超微结构的病变程度密切相关。揭示检测血清ACE含量变化对判断急性肺损伤、肺血管内皮细胞病变程度和了解ACE在血液循环调节方面的作用有着重要的意义。The changes of the content of the serum angiotensin- converting enzyme (SACE) were detected at 1h, 5h, 12h, 24h, 48h and 72h after the injection of lipopolysaccharid (LPS, group L) or nitrogen mustard and LPS( group NL). The results showed that the content of SACE in group L was higher than that in the control group (P<0. 01) at 1h, 5h, 12h and 24h, and then decreased to the normal at 72h after LPS injection. In group NL, the content of SACE increased at 12h and 24h ( P< 0. 05) after LPS injection. The changes of SACE were related to the degrees of the pulmonary vascular endothelial cell's (EC) ultrastructure in both groups. These findings suggested that the changes of SACE played an important role in judging the acute lung injury, the degrees of EC damage and the effect of SACE on the circulation.
