BEAM在抗癫痫治疗过程中的疗效动态观察

摘　　要：本文报道27例癫痫患儿,给予卡马西平、苯巴比妥治疗前后检测BEAM,并结合临床动态观察。结果:19例坚持治疗,临床症状及异常脑电地形图有改善,8例未坚持治疗,2例改善不明显,5倒退步,1例加重。本文提示:BEAM是观察临床疗效的一个理想指标。In this paper, 27 cases of the epilepsy were trected with zarbamazepine and phenobarbital. They received examinatian of Brain Electrical Activity Mapping in pretreatment and posttreatment and clinical dynamic abservations . The result showed that clinical symptoms and abnormal waves were improved in 19 cases persisted treatment and in 8 cases persisted not treatment, 2 cases disn't improved, 5 cases was retrograde and 1 cases became worse. The paper indicated that BEAM was an idanl index of observing clinical curative effect.
