致急性腹泻的315株弧菌培养特性及生化鉴定

摘　　要：从4251例急性腹泻病人的粪便中检出弧菌315株，分离率为7．4％，其中弧菌属183株，气单胞菌属114株，邻单胞菌属18株，5～11月为检出率高峰期，符合我国致病性弧菌的发病季节性，即一般在5～11月流行．315 Vibrionaceae Organisms had been acquired from 4251 stool specimens of patients with acute diarrhea. The positive rate was 7.4%. of the 315 strains, there were 183 strains of vibrio, 114 strains of Aeromonas and 18 strains of plesiomonas. The positive rate peaked in the period from May to November. This is in accord with the seasonal periodicity of the diseases' occurence caused by vibrionaceae organisms in our country.
