摘　　要：目的　探讨胃肠道间质瘤的临床表现、诊断和治疗。方法　回顾性分析 1995年 11月至 2 0 0 4年 1月收治 2 3例胃肠道间质瘤的临床资料。结果　 2 3例中病变部位在胃的 9例 ,小肠 8例 ,食管 3例 ,直肠 2例 ,十二指肠 1例。全部行手术治疗 ,恶性 10例 ,良性 9例 ,交界性 4例。 18例术后随访 1～ 99月 ,随访期内死亡 8例。结论　胃肠道间质瘤临床表现无特异性 ,病理检查是确诊的依据 ,手术切除是最主要的治疗方法。Objective To investigate the clinical manifestation, diagnosis and treatment of gastrointestinal stromal tumors (GIST). Methods Clinical and histological data of 23 cases with GIST from November 1985 to January 2004 were analyzed retrospectively. Results The locations were 9 cases of the stomach, 8 small intestinal , 3 esophagus, 2 rectum, 1 duodenum. Among these tumors: 10 cases were malignant, 9 benign, 4 bordline. Eighteen cases were followed up from 3 to 99 months, 8 cases died. Conclusion GIST has no specific clinical characteristics, pathological examination is most useful for diagnosis,the resection is the major therapy.
