NIP方案治疗晚期乳腺癌的临床观察

摘　　要：目的　观察长春瑞滨 (NVB)、异环磷酰胺 (IFO)和顺铂 (DDP)方案治疗转移性乳腺癌的临床疗效和毒性。方法　 4 6例晚期乳腺癌采用NVB2 5mg/m2 ,d1、d8;异环磷酰胺 (IFO) 2 0d1～d5 ,Mesna4 0 0mg静滴 ,3次/日 (每 4小时一次 ) ;DDP2 0mg/m2 ,d1～d5 ;每 2 8天一个周期 ,完成 2个周期后评价疗效。结果　总有效率(CR +PR) 6 3 0 4 % ,CR0例 ,PR2 9例。最常见的毒副反应为血液毒性及胃肠道反应。结论　NIP方案治疗转移性乳腺癌疗效较高 ,毒副作用可耐受。Objective To observe the curative effects and side effects of NIP regimen(NVB,IFO and DDP)in metastatic breast cancer.Methods 46 patients with advanced breast cancer were treated by NIP regimen.NVB 25mg/m2 iv on day 1 and 8;IFO 2.0 iv on days 1 to 5,and Mesna 400mg iv at hours 0,4,8 on day 1;DDP 20mg iv on days 1 to 5.Every 28 days were as one cycle.Assessment was given after 2 cycles.Results The overall response rate(CR+PR)was 63.04%.The major side effects were myelosuppression,nausea and vomiting.Conclusion The study shows that the regimen of NIP is effective and tolerable fro treatment of advanced breast cancer.
