摘　　要：目的　探讨甲状腺结节的合理手术方式。方法　总结 96例甲状腺结节患者行一侧腺叶加峡部切除所采取的术式。结果　 96例患者无甲状腺术后并发症。结论　甲状腺一侧腺叶加峡部切除术可作为甲状腺结节的首选术式。Objective To investigate the reasonable operational amnner of thyroid nodule.Methods All 96 patients with nodule were operated by resection of only thyroid leave and its isthmus.Results These 96 patients have no postoperative complication.Conclusion This operational method should be regard as principal choice in treatment of patients with thyroid nodule.
