脑卒中急性期降血压治疗对脑功能恢复的影响

摘　　要：对110例急性脑卒中伴高血压的患者在常规治疗基础上分成非降压治疗组和降压治疗组。经对比观察发现,降血压治疗组于病后4周CT显示的水肿带存在例数明显高于非降血压治疗组,并且其神经功能恢复程度也不优于降压治疗组。提示脑卒中急性期降压治疗没有明显益处。110 cases of apoplexy which was accompanied by hypertension, including 68 cases of acute cerebral infarction and 42 cases of acute cerebral hemorrhage were divided into two groups. One was treated by antihypertension and the other was not. The results of comparative observation showed that the cases with ischemic penumbra were more in the antihypertension group thali those in the other after 4 weeks of treatment, and the recovery of nervous function in the former was not superior to the latter. It was indicated that antihypertension therapy wasn* t beneficial in the treatment of acute apoplexy.
