摘　　要：首先引入了环Ｒ的广义优越扩张的概念。在Ｓ是环Ｒ的广义优越扩张的条件下得到了（ｉ）Ｓ－模Ｍｓ与模ＭＲ的相互关系，（ｉｉ）环Ｒ与环Ｓ的相互关系。In this paper, we introduce generalized excellent extensions of rings, and obtainthe relations between properties of an S-module M3 and R-module MR; and the relationsbetween properties of the ring S and the ring R, where S is a generalized excellent extensionsof R.
