生百益螺旋藻片对小鼠免疫功能影响的实验研究

摘　　要：生百益螺旋藻片是一种进口保健食品,为对其功能进行评价,我们用不同剂量的生百益螺旋藻片水溶液给昆明种小鼠灌胃,以观察对受试动物免疫功能的影响。实验结果表明,当受试物的剂量达到1.0g/kg时,能增强小鼠抗体形成细胞的活性,提高机体的体液免疫功能。当剂量达到2.0g/kg时,还能增强腹腔巨噬细胞的功能,用药组与对照组比较P<0.01,有高度显著性差异。The mice of Kunming species were fed with spirulina pacifica(SPA)which was diluted by water in different concentrtion, the effect of SPA on the function of immune system in mice was observed. The study showed that SPA could increase the activity of antibody formation cell in mice and enhance the function of hu moral immunity at the dose of 1.0g/kg, and also improved the phagocytic function of abdominal cavity macrophage while the dose reached to 2.0g/kg. The phagocytic rate of groups which were fed with SPA was highter than that of the control group.
