摘　　要：本文给出了分派问题的一个新算法，这个算法是初等的，且便于使用和编程上机操作，尤其适合于较低阶分派问题．The new algorithm for the Assignmet Problem is given in this paper.It is primaryand very easy using and computer programming.Particularly,this algorithm is suited to thelower valence Assignment Problem.
