胃液中癌胚抗原含量对胃癌诊断价值的研究

摘　　要：对60例胃癌,40例胃溃疡病,10例肝癌及10例直肠癌病人,在手术前采用放射免疫法检测其胃液内癌胚抗原含量。结果示:胃癌组患者胃液内癌胚抗原水平明显高于其余3组。其它3组没有统计学上的差异。其对胃癌诊断的敏感性为70.2％,特异性为83.5％。作者认为,胃液内癌胚抗原含量检测,对胃癌的诊断有一定辅助价值。Radioimmunoassay was performed to measure carcinoernbryonir antigen(CEA)levels in gastric juice before operation in 60 gastric cancer patients(group 1),40 patients with gastric ulcer(group 2).10 patients with cancer of the liver(group 3)and 10 patient swith cancer of the recturn(group 4).The results showed that preoperative CEA levels in group 1 were the highest among the four groups(P<0.01),but no statistics difference was noted in other three groups.The sensibility was 70.2%.The peculiarity was 83.5%.The authorsbe-lieve that preoperative CEA measurement of gastric is an accessory method in diagnosing gastric cancer.
