高血压脑出血破入脑室的生命预后评价

摘　　要：报告经CT证实的高血压脑出血破入脑室者56例,其中死亡者者18例(32.1％)。死亡因素与原发出血部位、破入脑室部位、脑实质内血肿量、中线结构移位程度有关。积极地、针对性地治疗可明显降低死亡率。56 cases of hypertensive brain hemorrhage with rupture into ventricles confirmed by CT scanning were analyzed.In 18 cases(32%)of these patients were death.The causes of death were relative to the position of the brain hemorrhage,the position of rupture into ventricles,the hematoma capacity in brain and the level of centre line moved The mortality were significantly decreased by active and relevant treatment.
