热疗配合化疗治疗骨转移癌的临床研究

摘　　要：本文采用热疗(微波透热)配合化疗治疗骨转移癌10例,观察患者疼痛缓解程度,骨病变情况。结果显示:治疗组骨痛有效率达90％,较对照组有极显著意义(P<0.01),骨病变有效率50％,较对照组有显著意义(P<0.05)。表明热疗配合化疗是治疗骨转移癌特别是骨痛的一种较好的方法,值得临床推广应用。10 cases with bone metastatic carcinoma were treated by microkymotherapy and chemotherapy and observed remission of ostalgia and curative effect.The result suggested remission of ostalgia rate is 90%,there was significant statistical difference between the treated groups and the control groups(P<0.01).The curative effective rate is 50%,there was significant statistical difference compared with the control groups(P<0.05)The result revealed that microkymotherapy and chemotherapy is a good method for bone metastatic carcinoma,specially remission of ostalgia.
