摘　　要：总结5年来147例食管癌、贲门癌切除术后6例吻合口瘘的不同处理方法和结果,指出及时处理吻合口瘘是治疗成功的关键。吻合口瘘确诊后,应争取尽早再次开胸修补瘘口,充分引流及全身支持治疗,可提高吻合口瘘的治愈率。Management and results of the anastomotic fistula in 6 cases out of 147 resections of carcinoma of esophagus and cardia throughout the past 5 years were summarized. The timely management of fistula is the key of successfull treatment. Once the diagnosis of the fistula is established,surgical repairment is a main choice. An adequate drainage of the infected pleural cavity and intensive generate support promote the healing of the fistula.
