榄香烯配合化疗对中晚期肺癌患者免疫功能影响的临床研究

摘　　要：应用国产抗肿瘤新药榄香烯注射液配合化疗,治疗经病理、CT确诊的中晚期肺癌患者20例。观察患者外周血中白细胞总数及淋巴细胞总数的变化,结果显示:榄香烯组患者外周血白细胞及淋巴细胞总数无明显下降,与对照组相比有显著差异(P<0.05)。揭示榄香烯注射液具有改善肿瘤患者免疫功能的作用,同化疗药物联合应用可提高患者的生存期和生存质量。Twenty patients with advanced lung cancer were treated with elemene emulsion combined with chemotherapy and observed the changes of lymphocytes and leucocytes counts in peripheral blood. The results showed that the total of lymphocytes and leucocytes were not obviously reduced in the patients treated with elernene. There were highly significance in the therapy groups than in the controls (P<0. 05). These results indicate elemene could improve the immune function of the patients with malignant tumor. The survival and life quality in patients could be prolonged and improved by elemene combined with chemotherapy.
