摘　　要：利用精氨酸在碱性条件下与Ｃｕ^（２＋）形成稳定的可溶于水的蓝紫色内络盐的性质，在波长６２０ｎｍ处进行比色测定。方法简便，重现性好。Colorimetric determination was conducted at 120mm wave-length utilizing the character of inner complex salt,a stable water soluble blue-purple material,which was formed from arginine combined with Cu2+under alkaline condition,This method is simple with better reproducibility.
