92例恶性淋巴瘤骨髓组织病理学分析

摘　　要：采用国产骨髓活检穿刺针和塑料包埋新技术对９２例恶性淋巴癌进行了骨髓检查。何杰金病（ＨＤ）４１例，非何杰金淋巴瘤（ＮＨＬ）５１例。骨髓穿刺活检同时作骨髓涂片检查。２５例有骨髓侵犯，总侵犯率为２３％。并对恶性淋巴瘤骨髓侵犯的组织病理学改变及影响骨髓侵犯的主要因素进行了分析和讨论。The bone marrow examinations were taken for 92 patients sufferring from malignant lymphoma with China-made biopsy puncture needle and new tech nique of plastic embedding,Forty one cases of them were Hodgkin's lymphomas(HD),51 cases,non-Hodgkin's lymphomas(NHL).Bone marrow trephine biopsy as well as smear for cytological examination were conducted.Bone marrow of 25 cases(23%)was involved.The histopathological changes of bone marrow involvement and major factors influencing it are analysed and dicussed.
