视动匀角加减速度诱发眼震电图参数特征

摘  要:以30名平均年龄23.8±4.5岁的正常人为受试者,观察其匀角加减速度视动模式诱发眼震电图参数特征,结果显示:SPV、FPV、NB和DP%,按x±2sD统计,其数值分别为35.2±10.60°/s、226.3±103.8°/s、64±8.2 bsats/30 s和5.1%±6.0%。实验结果证实:以匀角加减速度视动模式诱发眼震电图参数较为具体,为临床正确评定病人的前庭功能可提供更有价值的参考数据。Thirty healthy men served as subjects. Their parametric characteristics of electronystagmography by stimulation of optokinetic average acceleration and deceleration were observed. The results were as follows:according to 2SD statistics, slow phase velocity (SPV) = 35. 2±10. 60%,fast phase velocity(FPV) = 226. 3± 103. 80%, nystagmus beats (NB) = 64 ±8. 2 beats/30s, and directional preponderance (DP) = 5. 1 ± 6. 0%. It is confirmed that the parametric characteristics of electronystagmraphy caused by optokinetic average acceleration and deceleration are comparatively concrete. Thiese results provide more valuable data for evaluating the vestibular functin in clinic.
