摘　　要：Eight ligustrazine-treated rabbits versus eight control rabbits were anaesthetized and placed into hemorrhagic shock.The effects of ligustraziue on blood flow velocity,blood flow rate and the calibre in mesenteric capillaries were measured by means of a microvideo system frame by frame analyzing method.The results indicated that ligustrazine could increase the blood flow velocity of mesenteric capillaries in shack rabbits and ameliorate microcirculatory perfusion of the mesentery.But it bad no significant effect on the calibre of the capillaries.Eight ligustrazine-treated rabbits versus eight control rabbits were anaesthetized and placed into hemorrhagic shock.The effects of ligustraziue on blood flow velocity,blood flow rate and the calibre in mesenteric capillaries were measured by means of a microvideo system frame by frame analyzing method.The results indicated that ligustrazine could increase the blood flow velocity of mesenteric capillaries in shack rabbits and ameliorate microcirculatory perfusion of the mesentery.But it bad no significant effect on the calibre of the capillaries.
