阿尔采木病患者与同龄老人脑电地形图的对照分析

摘　　要：本文采用配对法对３６例临床诊断为阿尔采木病（ＡＤ）患者及同龄老人进行脑电地形图（ＢＥＡＭ）检查，发现ＡＤ组与同龄老人的ＢＥＡＭ异常率存在显著性差异；不同病程ＡＤ的ＢＥＡＭ异常率无显著性差异。sing matched -pair method , 36 patients withdiaguosis of Alzheimer's disease and the elders atthe same age accepted BEAM test. The resultshowed there was significant difference in the ab-normal rate of BEAM in two groups , no signifi-cant difference in different course of AD, and re-markably significant difference in the average func-tion of frequency band and Delta wave, significantdifference in Theta , Beta 1 waves and no significantdifference in Alpha 1, Alpha 2, Beta 2 waves intwo groups.
