精神分裂症中枢去甲肾上腺素和多巴胺功能及其相互作用的研究

摘　　要：应用高效液相色谱（ＨＰＬＣ）对包括４２例阴性精神分裂症和２５例精神分裂症的６７例病人及１０例健康正常对照组进行了脑脊液中去甲肾上腺素（ＮＥ）、多巴胺（ＤＡ）及其代谢产物３一甲基４羟基未乙二醇（ＭＨＰＧ），高香草酸（ＨＶＡ）进行测试，并分别以ＮＥ／ＤＡ，ＭＨＰＧ／ＨＶＡ作为两者相互作用指标，结果发现：（１）６７例精神分裂症ＭＨＰＧ低于正常对照组，柜示有ＮＥ功能低下，ＮＥ／ＤＡ高于正常对照组，有ＮＥ与ＤＡ相互作用改变，这一现象在阳性精神分裂症更为明显；（２）阴性、阳性精神分裂症存在ＮＥ、ＮＥ／ＤＡ的差异，为精神分裂症异质性提供另一种证据，本文针对以上结果送行了讨论。he concentration of norephrine (NE) ,3 methoxy 4 hydroxy phenylethy-lenceglycol (MHPG),dopamine (DA) andHomovailic acid (HVA ) in CSF of 67schizophrenic patients consisting of 42 posi-tive and 25 negative schizophrenics and thecontrol group with 10 normal healthy peoplewere determined by high pressure liquidchromatography (HPLC).The concept ofinteraction between NE and DA expressedas NE/DA, MHPG/HVA were introduced.We found that MHPG, NEIDA of 67schizophrenics were significantly lower thanthat of control group , and positiveschizophrenics did so with lower NE.We al-so found positive and negative schizophreniadiffered in NE and the ratio of NE/DA.These results showed schizophrenics hadimbalance of interaction between NE andDA and heterogeneity in this interaction.
