幕上肿瘤的短潜伏期体感诱发电位研究

摘　　要：本研究测定了116例幕上肿瘤的短潜伏期体感诱发电位(SLSEP),其中包括神经胶质瘤、脑膜瘤、神经鞘瘤、转移瘤等。在幕上肿瘤116例中,98例经术后病理学检查证实。结果表明:幕上肿瘤SLSEP总异常率为81.0％,其中位于额顶叶或半球深部者异常率较高。作者还观察到,幕上恶性肿瘤的SLSEP异常率比良性高。研究结果提示:SLSEP的测定对幕上肿瘤的定位和定性诊断有较高的应用价值。in this study.short-latency Evoked Potentate (SLSEP) were tested in 116 cases with supratentoral tumors,including glioma.meningomas,metastatic tumors and neurolem-momss. in 116 cases.98 cases were confrimed by pathological examinations after operation. The results indicated that the abnormal rate of SLSEP of supralentorial tumors was 81. 00%,especially the abnormal rate of fronto-parietal tumors and deep site of hemisphere was highest it was also observed that the sbnormal rates of SLSEP of malignant tumors were higher than that of benign. The results of study suggests that the determination of SLSEP bas sigmificant value in diagnosis of defining site and quality of supratentorial tumors.
