摘　　要：Nuclear matrix is an insoluble proteinaceous filament network in nucleus. Numerous research works demonstrated that many important life activities, such as DNA replication, RNA transcription and processing, chromatin assembly, are associated with nuclear matrix. DNA loops are reported to be anchored at the nuclear matrix filaments. So far, the detailed mechanism of the association is not very clear.
